Introducing the B.R.I.T.E. Program.
B.R.I.T.E. presents an opportunity for schools to place priorities back where they should be; on education. Through partnerships with solar installers, government agencies, charitable foundations and select businesses, the B.R.I.T.E. program acquires funding for solar panel installations, effectively reducing annual energy costs, while providing educational resources for teachers and students.
Upon evaluation, each qualifying school would receive a renewable energy installation at little-to-no up front cost. Each installation includes a touchscreen kiosk with interactive software that illustrates the system’s status as well as educational material helping to explain its benefits. Educational lessonplans are also provided based on the school grade level.
When schools can worry less about finances, they can focus more on the students.
Upon being selected to participate in the project, the schools must commit to placing a percentage of the money saved, towards selected resources such as books, training materials, and other items that are normally forsaken due to budgetary limitations.
